ACP/ARP Radar Azimuth Converter PCB
The BBG-ACP/ARP enables radar azimuth tracking, generating 4,096 pulses per revolution at 0.08789° per pulse for synchro rotation monitoring. It provides multiple output options and custom configurations are available.
The BBG-ACP/ARP enables radar azimuth tracking, generating 4,096 pulses per revolution at 0.08789° per pulse for synchro rotation monitoring. It offers multiple output options, including open collector, open emitter, optically isolated, and RS-422/RS-423 compatible signals.
The unit generates two types of signals:
- A zero-crossing pulse triggered by a positive or negative transition.
- A change-in-angle pulse produced for each incremental movement of the Synchro.
It is configured to output a pulse every X° of rotation on the Azimuth Change Pulse (ACP) output and one pulse per full revolution on the Azimuth Reference Pulse (ARP) output. The default configuration provides 4,096 pulses per revolution, with a pulse every 0.08789°.
