BBG-3000 USB Universal Conversion Engine
The BBG-3000 USB Universal Conversion Engine provides data format conversion of analog, synchro, and resolver signals to a USB connection.
The USB Universal Conversion Engine (UUCE) is a standalone module that interfaces synchro, resolver, and analog data with the Universal Serial Bus (USB). An onboard microcontroller manages signal processing, converting user-specified inputs and outputs. An optional LCD display provides real-time viewing of raw or converted data.
During power-up or reset, the microcontroller configures the interfaces, reads input data, processes it, and outputs the converted data. Applications include radar systems (antenna azimuth), navigation (gyrocompass, speedlog, course, pitch, roll), industrial automation (position, velocity), and meteorology (wind speed, direction). The bulkhead-mounted enclosure is factory-configurable for easy field installation.
